VPPLORA ("we", "us", or "our") is a legal technology company, not a law firm. Our software, AI analysis, and document generation services provide a platform for self-help. We do not provide legal advice, opinions, or recommendations about your specific legal rights or strategies. No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services.
While we utilize advanced AI and data analysis to improve your chances, we do not guarantee that your ticket will be dismissed or your fine reduced. The outcome of any traffic case depends on the specific judge, officer, and circumstances. All fees paid are for the software service and document preparation work, not for the outcome.
You agree that all information and documents (including traffic tickets and driver's licenses) you upload are accurate, complete, and belong to you. You are solely responsible for printing, signing, and mailing your documents to the court on time, unless you have purchased the "Ultra" plan where we assist with mailing.
In no event shall VPPLORA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to increased insurance premiums, traffic school costs, or license suspension resulting from the outcome of your case.
Because our service involves immediate AI processing and digital content generation, all sales are final once the analysis or documents have been generated. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical failure at our sole discretion.
Separately, our partner attorneys may offer a money-back guarantee on attorney fees, governed by our Money-Back Guarantee. This attorney-fee guarantee applies only to point-carrying (moving) violations contested in court. It does not apply to non-point matters or cases that can only proceed by written appeal / Trial by Declaration (for example, a first-time California handheld-phone citation under VC 23123.5); those follow a separate appeal process and pricing, disclosed before you order. The VPPLORA platform service fee is non-refundable except as stated above.
